英国绍森德冒险岛公园位于伦敦东部小城滨海绍森德，距离伦敦40英里（约64公里），曾经被评为英国排名第一名的免费游乐园（现在需收费），深受当地家庭和外来游客的喜爱。坐落于滨海小城，风景迷人，凉风习习，园内拥有超过40个娱乐项目和景点，绝对可以为游乐家庭带来清爽一夏。

虽然绍森德主题公园可以免费入园，但是游客如果想游玩里面的设施则需要园内购买一条腕带，腕带分为三种，蓝色腕带、绿色腕带和红色腕带。不同的腕带对应着不同刺激程度的游乐设备，红色腕带适合身高1米以下的儿童，绿色腕带则适合1—1.2米的儿童，如果购买蓝色腕带，游客可以玩遍整个乐园里面的游乐设备！

小飞象

粉色小象飞起来了！擦擦眼睛，没错，粉色的小象真的如同在卡通片中在空中翩翩起舞！带上小朋友乘坐小飞象，享受飞行员般的快感。

巨轮

说起游乐园怎么会少得了摩天轮？巨轮就是绍森德冒险岛公园专为游客家庭提供的摩天轮，但与传统的摩天轮相比，巨轮不是密封式车厢的座位而是用围栏包裹着的座位，与阳光、空气进行亲密的接触。随着巨轮的渐渐转动，升起，人们在脚下开始变得渺小，整个世界仿佛只剩下自己与身边的人，共度甜蜜的亲子时光。

博尔达

快来加入溜冰男孩博尔达的溜冰之旅吧！博尔达的工作原理与海盗船相似，启动后从缓慢摆动慢慢地急速摆动，乘客乘坐于博尔达之上，随着由缓至急的往复摆动，犹如莅临紧张的溜冰比赛之中，时而冲上浪峰，时而跌入谷底，惊险刺激，挑战你的心理承受能力的极限。

东倒西歪

重力原理在这里失去了作用了吗？东倒西歪是一个二层小洋房，但是外观俏皮奇特，就像一栋喝醉酒后醉态可掬的卡通房子，屋顶、烟囱、窗户、墙壁、栅栏等等都是扭曲的，如同把一座普通的房子摆在哈哈镜面前。

火流星

火流星中央就是一个熊熊燃烧的“火球”，点燃游客激情，当设备启动后，成顺时针方向转动，以火球为中心形成了一个“漩涡”，十分引人注目。除此以外，坐上火流星，西边的园内风景一览无遗。

Adventure Island Southend

Adventure Island is a free-admission amusement park in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, UK which has over 50 rides and attractions. The current site of the amusement park flanks the north end of Southend Pier and has been an amusement park since 1976 when the land now forming the west side of the park was purchased by the Miller family. If you need to purchase a ride band. There are three ride bands to choose from. Why are there three ride bands? Because our rides and attractions are divided into three ‘height permitting’ groups. For example, the blue band rides are only accessible if you are 1.2 metres tall or over. So which ride band you choose will depend on your height and how brave you are! The Blue Band is the band to buy if you’re 1.2 metres and over. You will be able to ride all the Ride Band rides including the Green and Red band rides, with this band. Just forty miles from London, Southend has been the favourite seaside town for daytrippers and holiday makers for over 100 years. Adventure Island continues this long tradition of family entertainment and great value with our ‘Free Admission’ policy, over 40 rides and attractions and late night fun for locals and visitors alike.
