1952年建成开放的荷兰艾芙特琳主题乐园（Efteling Park）是全球较老的主题公园之一，也是荷兰最大的主题公园。乐园位于荷兰北部拉邦省的卡茨赫佛尔，距荷兰首都阿姆斯特丹仅约1小时车程，由于荷兰国土面积有限，距荷兰周边国家的距离也不算太远。根据数据统计，2014年，乐园游客量达440万人次（荷兰全国人口不足1,700万人），位列欧洲主题乐园的第四名，且游客量处于持续上升趋势。

Efteling Park

Built in 1952, Efteling Park is one of the world's older theme park, is one of the biggest theme park of the Netherlands. About 1 hour's drive from Amsterdam, less than 1 hour away from Rotterdam, due to the Dutch land area is limited, distance is not too far from the Netherlands its neighbouring countries. According to the statistics AECOM ellerbe becket, 2014, 4.4 million visits park visitors (Dutch national population of less than 17 million people), theme park in Europe a fourth, and visitors in a rising trend.

There is no other place like Efteling, each has its own story behind as amusement facilities, mostly from legend (local) or a fairy tale.

Do you get on board of this century-old ghost ship? Despite the bad weather, Captain Willem van der Decken set out to sea with his ship De Hollander looking for wealth and riches. His greed was so great, that he ordered his crew to sail on Easter Sunday, although it was forbidden. Since that day, everyone on board is doomed to sail forever on the seven seas. Nowadays, the red-sailed ship is still sailing around the world... people called it De Vliegende Hollander.
