Cedar Point is known for a couple of things. It’s known as the roller coaster capital of the world. But some just refer to Cedar Point as the world’s best amusement park. Cedar Point is an amusement park that brings people together through thrills. An amusement park that, on top of roller coasters, has exhilarating thrill rides.

Blue Streak

Cedar Point’s classic wooden roller coaster – and for many still the favorite – the Blue Streak flashed onto the scene in 1964, treating riders to the old-school thrills of gravity-driven speed and unexpected airtime on a traditional “out and back” track layout offering great, if brief, views of other major park attractions.

Cedar Creek Mine Ride

There’s a runaway mine train on the loose and you’re a passenger! The Cedar Creek Mine Ride takes you on a wild journey up hills, through a tunnel and over water, finishing up with a signature helix whirlwind as the ride finishes. Power Tower

 It’s 300 feet of steel rising into the sky, and a choice: you can rocket 240 feet up to the top at incredible speed, or you can start at the top and thrust downward faster than a free fall. Two towers rocket up, and two towers thrust down. Well, what’s it gonna be?

Skyhawk

We’ve got a swing set. And it’s waaaaaay bigger than yours. In fact, the Skyhawk is the world’s tallest swing ride at 125 feet. Two giant arms, each holding 20 riders, swing in a 60 mph scissor motion, reaching high into the deep blue sky.

Slingshot

It's a new experience you haven't felt at Cedar Point ever before! Climb into a two-person capsule and get launched 360 feet into the air (only second in height to the towering Top Thrill Dragster roller coaster)!
